It takes so much courage to share so honestly about all the parts of our lives. Thank you for this, Tiffany, and for sharing in a way that allows everyone around you to be so real too. ❤️

Thank you for meeting me on that playground and showing me a different way, thank you for loving all of me, and for supporting me every step of the way! I would be lost without you.

Tiffany - this is an incredibly important piece you’ve written - for those who feel your words in their own experiences like I do and for those who love someone who is navigating PPD or other mental health illness. Thank you for sharing all of you and paving the way for more real and more truth.

Me too and I think the more we do it, the less brave it becomes which is a really good thing. Working really hard to raise our boys so that they know how important that is.

Thank you Annie, I feel like I could write on this topic for the rest of my life and still never touch the surface of what those 2 years were like.

Thank you for your vulnerability. It took a lot of courage. Too many of us have similar stories. May we find strength in knowing we are not alone.

Thank you for sharing your story Tiffany. The message of “you can love your kids but still need a break” is the reminder we all need. I

am sorry for everything you went through, please know you are not alone and your willingness to share is a gift to us all.

Thank you ❤️

Thanks Raina, I haven't shared my story in a while but I truly believe we grow through what we go through and I hope that sharing these words gives other women strength. And yes, you absolutely deserve a break. xo

I believe women can find themselves in each other and sharing my story is something I can give to others. The words came surprisingly easily, actually sharing it was hard.
